Service Description
When: Friday, April 10, 3-5 pm, Fee: $40 Instructor: Gaby Mann Materials: Fibre will be provided. You will have use of a drop spindle for the class. Available for purchase from Clase Knit Friends booth after the class. Skills learned: - Identify parts of a drop spindle and their functions - Add twist to fiber using effective “park and draft” technique - Stand and spin as you feel more comfortable - Use the “ply back “ technique to measure twist in your yarn - Remove yarn from the spindle and create a skein - Troubleshoot and avoid common pitfalls
